“Pleasant and easy experience from start to finish renting from Hertz at this location! We arrived at AXA and a shuttle was there for us- Mario was so sweet and welcoming, and helped us with our luggage. The location is just down from the airport, it’s actually visible when you land. When we got to the office our car was there waiting for us and ready to go- super clean and well-maintained. We did some quick paperwork, got my husband‘s temporary driving permit and got some safety info on how to drive around the island. Mario and my husband got our bags loaded while I installed our son‘s carseat, and we were on the road in no time. Our eSIM wasn’t working for some reason when we landed, so they also gave us directions to our hotel which was really helpful. A week later we arrived to return the car, quick and painless process with more friendly service from Mario. He took us back to the airport, and we were on our way! Driving around the island was easy, there is very little traffic and most roads are maintained pretty well. There’s some dirt roads to get to some of the beaches, etc. but those are fine too as long as you drive carefully. Great experience and would definitely rent from them again!”
