“Not happy with my rental experience at all. Was given an old rundown vehicle which shouldn’t be any rental fleet. *Editing this review in response to the owner. I absolutely rented the vehicle from your rental service during the month of May and am including evidence to jog your memory. Happy to include the video of the interior if need be. Thanks!!! ***Editing a second time Which one is it? Did I rent from you or did I not? Was my budget too low or was the car just unkept? Even if budget was an issue, which it wasn’t, why rent a car out in that condition? I had a replacement vehicle before your associate picked up the car by the way. Also, the other rental company mentioned it’s illegal to rent vehicles without an Anguilla license. This was never provided by your company. I chose to omit this detail from my original review because I wasn’t being nasty I just sharing my honest experience. Your response is more than enough to prove my point. I see that your other reviews are overwhelmingly positive so maybe my case was an isolated incident. Just take this as a lesson learned and do better.”
