“We were scheduled to return to St Maarten at 9:15. When we arrived at the ferry terminal, we were told we were being changed to a different charter company that was leaving at 9:30. When you book with Calypso, their website tells you to communicate with them if there are any delays and they will work with you. Where was our communication when things changed on their end? No email, no call. We paid to be on a 12 person capacity boat and were placed on a larger boat with more people. Where is my refund for your lack of communication?”
