“The resort is beautiful in about two years ago, we went and we had an amazing experience because the food was delicious and even though it was pricey, it had a luxury feel with service and food making it worth the price…. We recently went and had a little bit of a different experience…. Definitely didn’t feel like the expensive price match the quality of food or service however, you can expect friendly customer service from the people who work at this hotel. There are limited restaurants here as well, so if some are overcrowded, then you’re kind of out of luck… Also, we went to one of the restaurants, and there was no air-conditioning and we were literally dripping sweat which made the experience pretty miserable…. Also, they have an included buffet in the breakfast depending on your room and they ran out of like seven or eight different options at the buffet to the point where people were actually getting upset (If it’s not included, this buffet is like over $100 per person). So while we’ve really loved this resort and felt the price was worth it two years ago….. We probably won’t go back Despite the friendly service And the gorgeous views. Also, if it’s crowded, just know you’re gonna wait a while to get your food. Needed more staff, but we went during the weekend of the World Cup so that could’ve affected things, but still shouldn’t have made the food quality so much worse than what it used to be.”
