In their own words

We loved SO MUCH about our stay at Royal Palms. Mary and her husband Tracy were so kind and solicitous of our comfort. We were in the unit which was on the right hand side of the complex as you're facing the pool, on the middle floor. The property was fully occupied during much of our stay, and yet unless we were out on the balcony while other folks were outside, we barely heard a peep.||The location was fabulous -- a hop skip and a jump over to Rendezvous, and not much longer than that to all of our favorite west end restaurants. The units were spacious, and unlike many places I've stayed (at this price point and higher, too), the bathroom actually had plenty of space to unpack toiletries. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast most mornings and to reheat leftovers for dinner one night. The view overlooking the pool is very inviting, the bedroom was spacious, the a/c was efficient. I love a memory foam bed, and while this one was maybe a tad too firm for my personal preference, I slept very well here. ||One minor downside for us, and this is based strictly on personal preference, is that the layout of the south facing property means that the balconies are in full sun for most of the day. We prefer shade, so we didn't spend as much time on the balcony as we otherwise would have. But since most folks come to Anguilla for the sun, I don't think this would be an issue for most of their guests. The other minor downside was that many of the windows wouldn't stay open. We often like to throw open the windows to capture the breezes by daytime and not turn on the a/c, but that wasn't possible for most of the windows in the apartment. ||We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We love staying in locally owned places and supporting the local economy that way!

We spent 6 nights here. We had the whole place to ourselves as was out of season. The villa is lovely, a good kitchen with a breakfast bar and also a table to eat at with comfortable chairs and also a living area. Lovely open plan space and really nicely decorated. The balcony had a lovely view of the sea - looking out towards Rendez Vous Bay -- which is fabulous, the beach and water are incredible. We went to Tasty's on Rendez Vous Bay for lunch and also the Bankie Banks bar is the other side of the bay, both easy to drive to and just a 5 minute drive away. The bedrooms in the villa were very comfortable and beautiful and the showers were lovely. The pool was also gorgeous - there are sunbeds and umbrellas and also a palm tree, it was lovely swimming there. Mary was really helpful and during our stay there was a tropical storm and she WhatsApped us before and after to check in and make sure we were okay which was really kind. It was really helpful having a washing machine and dryer available as well. It was fantastic having the apartment serviced most days as we really felt taken care of and on holiday. A fantastic location on the island with lots of things within a 10/15 minute drive, and a really lovely place to stay. Thank you Mary.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Royal Palms. The apartments were a great value, spacious and comfortable. The salt water pool was a bonus. The owner Mary was very kind, attentive, and assessible. My husband needed distilled water for his cpap machine and she ensured that it was there in our apartment at check in. The location was great, 5 min from Aurora and their water park which the kids enjoyed and 5 min from Rendezvous Bay. Also close to a lot of great restaurants. We would stay again!

Royal Palms is our favorite "go to" place to stay in Anguilla. All amenities are provided, and the apartments are clean and well cared for. Mary and Tracy Busby are regularly on site and responsive to all questions and any issues that might arise, including assistance with car rentals. The pool area is gorgeous and well-maintained. Located close to Rendezvous and Meads Bays, the location of Royal Palms is ideal. THANK YOU, Mary and Tracy, for another wonderful stay!
