“Although the food and ambiance were both good, the service was poor. There is a lack of communication amongst staff. I was highly dissatisfied with our experience with seating. Upon arrival, we were told by the host that only restaurant seating was left and that the beach seating was first come, first served. No problem; we just took what was available with the assumption that we could get beach seating after eating if it was available. After eating, we asked one of the workers if beach seating was available. He said yes, so we started to sit down on the beach. Then another worker approached us and told us that we had to get up because another party had reserved the seats for AFTER they finished eating. I proceeded to ask further questions because we had been told that the seats were first come, first served. The worker started to get an attitude because I was asking questions until I explained to her that we weren't given an option to eat and have beach seating reserved for us after we finished eating. Also, why couldn't we have the beach seating until the other party finished eating? Mv friend and I left Savi after this interaction and went to the restaurant next door (that had plenty of beach seating available).”
“Savi Beach Club was one of the highlights of our trip to Anguilla. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere right on the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food and drinks were delicious, and everything was fresh and well presented. Combined with the great music and incredible ocean views, it made for a memorable afternoon. I'd definitely recommend Savi Beach Club to anyone visiting Anguilla. It's a fantastic spot to relax, enjoy great food, and soak up the island atmosphere.”
“Horrible service. This is my bday and I couldn’t enjoy . I get there they didbt have anything showing I had a reservation. So they ended up getting me a nice table. Waited 30 minutes to get a server as everyone around me was getting checked on and serviced eventually someone brought me some lemonade. The server I had acted like she was irritated when I asked questions about menu items. I asked to speak to a manager and got my food to go. They paid for my food, but my experience was ruined. I guess because it was only me, they felt like I didn’t need good customer service”
