“Saving Cip's for our last dinner in Anguilla was the best decision we made all week. Talk about ending a vacation on a high note! From the second we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views overlooking Maunday's Bay. Watching the sunset while enjoying an incredible meal? Pure magic. And then there was Desire...she officially wins Best Server in Anguilla, hands down! She was warm, fun, attentive, and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when we needed her. She made an amazing dinner even more memorable. Now, let's talk food. The warm bread that arrives at the table deserves its own fan club—it's next level. We started with the Burrata e Prosciutto with roasted tomatoes, and I could have happily eaten three more orders. The burrata was so creamy it practically melted before it hit my fork. For my entrée, I had the Paccheri with branzino, olives, and capers in a rich tomato sauce. The pasta was perfectly fresh and transported me straight back to Italy. Every bite was incredible, and the Cucumber mocktail was so refreshing. Whatever you do, save room for the tartufo. Trust me. As the sun disappeared, the bay lit up, the atmosphere became even more magical, and dessert was the perfect ending to a flawless evening. Cip's didn't just serve us dinner—they gave us one of our favorite memories of the trip. Thank you, Desire, and the entire team, for an unforgettable night. We already can't wait to come back!”
“I am not one to post bad reviews but tonight was deserving of one. Staff was cold and unfriendly. Our server was rushing us as if we were “pests.” Our server also spilled a dirty pasta fork on my lap staining my white shorts. She was unapologetic. No exaggeration. Look at my past reviews I love to lift people/businesses up but this was a terrible experience. After waiting over 10 minutes I decided to take our water bottle and fill up my glass and she rushed over grabbing it out of my hand aggressively as if I had committed a crime while muttering I can only imagine negative things at me. Sorry but I was thirsty and waited 10 minutes hoping you’d come by to check on us, you didn’t. The restaurant food is very good & ambiance is exceptional. The staff needs to lighten up, this is not a Michelin restaurant and you don’t need to act so cold. Would recommend but hope leadership allow the staff to loosen up & be more pleasant around guests.”
“Our server, Richelle, was extremely unprofessional. While taking our order, she walked away mid-sentence without any explanation—just left to serve another table. When she came back, there was no apology or acknowledgment at all, as if nothing happened. On top of that, after the meal she asked for an additional tip even though a 15% service charge was already included. The food was also disappointing. For a restaurant claiming to be “authentic Italian,” nothing we tried tasted good or memorable. It’s a shame because the atmosphere and location are beautiful, but the service and food quality fall far below what this place could and should be.”
